DME Alumbi, Camren Wynter,  Named Most Outstanding Player At CAA Tournament

DME Alumni Camren Wynter has had a huge success at Drexel University. He is attending the big dance this year in Indianapolis! The Dragons won the CAA for the first time and will return to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 25 years.

Wynter is the point guard and leader. He’s from Hempstead, N.Y., which is close to several major D-1 programs that passed up on him. All he’s done in three seasons is win Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Year, join Drexel’s 1,000-point club, be named first-team All-CAA, and win the 2021 CAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player.

Camren had no offers before coming to DME. He worked hard and led the team as the starting point guard for the Post Grad National Team. " We are so proud to see him succeeding in his college career and getting the recognition he has always deserved." Coach Wesam said.

We’re looking forward to watching Carmen’s career continue to grow!
