HS National Dominates Over Inspire Academy Leading to 4 Game Winning Streak

DME High School National took control of the game against Inspire Preparatory Academy to a 75-33 victory.

The 2020 trio helped lead the team with all scoring double digits, Keano Calderon scored 14 points and shot 100% from the three-point line shooting 3-3. Mayoum Mayoum had 12 points and Max Depina finished with 10 points, shooting 5-5 from the field.

HS National led the whole way, finishing the first half up 29 points, 45-16. National 2018 bigs also added 19 points to this win. Mame Niang finished with 13 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 block and Assane Diouf finished with 6 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 blocks.

Now on a 4-game winning streak, National looks forward to their next match Friday night at 7 pm against Ridgeview Prep Academy.

“This is great momentum for the team and it’s going to be exciting to see how we play against a great Florida team this Friday, it will be a great challenge”, Coach Dan Mondragon told us after the game.
