DME HS National Set Out A Statement Over Downey Christian

Mame Niang had a dominant performance of 34 points and 14 rebounds and DeAndre Harvey had 11 points and 6 assists.
With a team effort, hustling making some great defensive plays, DME National led the whole game, starting off with a 7 point lead in the first few minutes of the game. Harvey stepped up his game defensively, matching up with Julian Newman. Coach Mondragon stated, “we just have to stick to the game plan,” to get their team back on track for taking home a win.
Start of the second half, Niang went down with a potential ankle injury but returned to the game later after medical treatment. “My team needed me and I had to have a tough mindset to play through it”, Niang told us after the game.
