DME PG Blue Excel Past Ridgeview Prep
DME Post Grad Blue won against Ridgeview Prep 97-65 Friday afternoon.
DME Blue led the whole game, finishing 72-52 at the half. With Blue known for their efficient offensive play, they dominated the arc, shooting 42 percent from the three-point line. Along with their offensive efforts, they had some great defensive plays to restrain Ridgeview from taking the lead the whole game.
Dorian Fisher led the team in points with 25, and Joshua Edwards had a solid all-around game with 15 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Edwards leadership and energy carried the team on both ends of the court, adding 3 blocks to his game.
Blue added a new addition to the team, Charles Jones, and he finished with 12 points and 6 rebounds, shooting 5-6 from the field. “He was impressive. He did very well for his first game with the team,” Coach Wesam added about Jones performance after the game.
DME Blue played with the same energy for the whole 40 minutes, despite the score. Blue now prepares for their game on Sunday against Webber International at Babson Park, FL.
